About the Role We’re growing our Skin team and are excited to recruit an Medical Aesthetician o be part of the launch of our new Toronto Metro Centre Clinic, opening in early November. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments and skin care services to enhance the appearance and health of our clients' skin Responsibilities * Able to conduct clinical assessments and determine appropriate treatment plans while maintaining a warm, client-centered approach * Motivated to establish a stable patient base/schedule * Interested in collaborating with and referring to other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care * Open to joining forces with our Marketing team and sharing the benefits of Medical Aesthetic services with the community * Working collaboratively and contributing to the positive energy of our team Requirements: * Degree/Diploma/Certification with a Medical Aesthetics school or academy * 2+ years experience as a Medical Aesthetician * Both theoretical knowledge and practical experience with Laser Hair Removal procedures * Experience with a variety of cosmetic treatment machine preferred * Experience in microdermabrasion, chemical peels and other facial procedures * Experience with client consultations and sales with a focus on patient education & value building Why work with HealthOne? * High new patient volume and strong internal referral base * Established platform to build out your personal brand and client roster * Full administrative support including billing, scheduling and supplies * Work within a modern facility * Supportive & positive multidisciplinary team environment * Regular staff engagement events; themed days, monthly birthday lunch, and other team building experiences Schedule * Part-time Compensation: * Hourly rate + commission incentives * Team member discount program on all services & products offered at HealthOne (Dental, Optometry, Skin Care, Massage, Psychotherapy, etc.) At HealthOne, we are committed to treating every employee and prospective employee with dignity and respect, and we strive to create work environments where all individuals can thrive. Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree, diploma, or certification from a medical aesthetics academy and possess at least two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in laser hair removal, facial procedures, and client consultation is required.
