Conduct hearing evaluations, explain results, recommend suitable hearing solutions, and fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing aids. Support clients with device use and purchasing decisions, maintain clinical and funding records, follow up on care needs, and collaborate with colleagues while building community relationships.
