Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Aggregates Operations Intern to join our team for a 8-month term (September through April). This internship offers hands-on exposure to aggregate production and operational processes while providing valuable experience in a dynamic and safety-focused environment. What You'll Be Doing Support the aggregates operations team with managing and communicating KPIs. Review and improve site safety processes and programs. Inventory audits. Project and Maintenance support. Aid site staff in implementing plant efficiency improvement projects. What Are We Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in engineering software and tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
