What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor crusher plant equipment to ensure optimal production flow. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability. Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate logs and documentation of production and maintenance activities. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. What Are We Looking For Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities. Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
