What You’ll Be Doing Operate a front-end loader to safely and efficiently move aggregate materials. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Maintain clean and organized stockpiles for optimal production flow. Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture. Support plant and yard operations as needed to meet production goals. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment, particularly loaders. Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices. Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team. Reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail in day-to-day operations. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
