What You’ll Be Doing Operate loader equipment safely to move, load, and stockpile materials. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks. Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment. Communicate with team members to coordinate material flow and production needs. Support plant operations and assist with other duties as needed. What Are We Looking For Skilled equipment operator with strong situational awareness. Ability to follow operating procedures and safety protocols consistently. Capable of working independently and within a team environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven setting. Reliable, safety-focused, and committed to high-quality work. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
