What You'll Be Doing Enter, verify, and maintain production data in plant systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness Review and validate production data, including counts, production draws, and inventory-related information Confirm accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production outputs to ensure system alignment Ensure data entered flows correctly into systems such as billing and operations Work cross-functionally with production, sales, engineering, and shipping/receiving teams to resolve discrepancies Support inventory tracking and reconciliation, with potential to assist with procurement tasks as the role evolves What Are We Looking For Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage accurate, high-volume data entry Capability to work confidently with computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets Effective communication skills to collaborate with plant and office teams Ability to prioritize tasks and perform reliably in a fast-paced production environment Sound judgment and problem-solving skills when handling data discrepancies Titan or similar system/database experience preferred Work Environment This role is based in a production or plant office setting and involves regular interaction with operations and administrative teams. Work is primarily computer-based, with exposure to an active industrial environment. Appropriate safety training and equipment are provided.
