Achieve territory sales targets by selling Heidelberg Lifecycle and Digital equipment, consumables, and solutions to new and existing customers, while developing accounts and identifying opportunities across prepress, press, postpress, parts, and service. Provide consultative sales and technical support, prepare proposals and ROI analyses, maintain CRM records and forecasts, coordinate with internal teams, and support customers after purchase.

CSR/Inside Sales Representative

Receive and process customer orders in SAP, follow up with customers, provide order and backorder updates, and resolve customer issues. Process returns, credits, and debits; provide backup support to regional dispatch and parts sales; and maintain customer records in the CRM.
