Position Overview: The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in managing the organization’s payment processes and financial reconciliations. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payment transactions while maintaining data integrity through robust reconciliation practices. By identifying and resolving discrepancies, the Analyst will contribute to the organization’s financial health and operational efficiency, working closely with stakeholders to uphold compliance and reporting standards. You will report to the Associate, Financial Reporting & Compliance. Key Responsibilities Payment Management Process and oversee payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursements. Reconcile partner commission payments, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial accuracy. Resolve discrepancies related to payment processes, maintaining alignment with organizational standards. Reconciliation and Financial Control Conduct daily reconciliations of financial transactions to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Perform subsidiary and monthly balance reconciliations, promptly identifying and resolving variances. Maintain robust financial control processes to safeguard data reliability and mitigate risks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in financial reporting, finance operations management, or a similar role. Foundational knowledge of Financial assets/liabilities reporting, tax & regulatory compliance, budgeting, and reconciliation processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze large datasets effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
