Job summary
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and servant-leader-oriented Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support high-performing development teams. In this role, you will guide teams in adopting Scrum principles, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices Identify and remove impediments that may hinder team progress Promote collaboration and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) Support Product Owners in backlog grooming and prioritization Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and organizational standards Assist in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams if applicable Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams Knowledge of scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
