Job summary
This is a remote position. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support our supply chain operations. In this role, you will manage the Supply Network of the assigned area of the business and maintain optimal stock cover. You will improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis. The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of the delivery process and exceptional analytics skills. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and inefficiencies Monitor demand forecasting and inventory planning Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock shortages or overstock situations Supervise procurement and logistics teams on data insights and reporting Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance (KPIs, costs, delivery times) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and transportation Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Maintain accurate records in supply chain systems and databases Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis (internships count) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); knowledge of SQL or data tools is a plus Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Skills Basic understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, distribution) Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
