Role Description This is a full/part-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Montreal, QC. The Sales Employee will greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable mobile plans, devices, and accessories. Day-to-day tasks include explaining product features, handling activations and upgrades, processing payments, and completing required documentation accurately. The role also involves maintaining store displays, keeping inventory organized, and contributing to a clean and welcoming environment. The Sales Employee will work with the team to meet sales targets, follow company policies, and deliver a positive, professional customer experience. Qualifications Proven customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a helpful, solution-focused approach. Sales skills such as identifying customer needs, presenting options, and closing sales in a retail environment. Comfort with technology, including smartphones, mobile plans, point-of-sale systems, and basic troubleshooting. Ability to work on-site full-time in Montreal, QC, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling transactions, contracts, and inventory. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and support colleagues in meeting store goals. APrior experience in wireless, telecom, or retail sales is an asset but not mandatory. Basic proficiency in English; French language skills are a strong advantage in Montreal.
