Henderson Drake is working with a well-regarded OneStream consultancy to find a Planning Lead for their growing Canada team. The firm has a strong pipeline of enterprise planning work and needs someone who takes real ownership of what they deliver. Planning Leads here are not coordinators. You will be deep in solution design, shaping how planning models are built and leading engagements from the first conversation through to go-live and beyond. What you will be doing: Lead full lifecycle delivery of OneStream Planning solutions, from initial scoping through to optimisation Design integrated planning models across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow Own configuration across metadata, workflows, business rules, cube views, and dashboards Work closely with finance teams to improve planning processes and governance Oversee integrations with ERP systems and upstream data sources Run workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer with client teams Keep quality and consistency across all active project workstreams What we are looking for: 3+ years of hands-on OneStream implementation experience with a clear planning focus Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling Experience building and delivering complex financial models within OneStream Comfortable working directly with senior finance stakeholders in a consulting environment Exposure to regulated or complex environments is helpful, though not essential OneStream certifications are a plus What is on offer: A lead position across large, high-impact planning programmes A consultancy with a strong track record delivering complex, business-critical work Fully remote role based anywhere in Canada Clear progression and long-term career development Ongoing investment in training and certification Please send your CV to n.bong@hendersondrake.com or call +1 (833) 332-3127 for a confidential discussion.

Requires at least three years of hands-on OneStream implementation experience with a strong planning focus, plus knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and complex financial models. Candidates should be comfortable working with senior finance stakeholders in a consulting environment; experience in regulated or complex environments and OneStream certifications are advantageous.
