Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position will provide a wide range of support to the Temporary Foreign Workers at Hendriks Greenhouses. Hours may vary and a high degree of flexibility is required. Job duties: Assist HR with Temporary Foreign Worker employee onboarding and training. Conducting ongoing wellness checks with workers. Work with Human Resources to address any concerns or issues that may arise. Conducting regular housing inspections and working with the Maintenance Department to address issues. Provide support to Temporary Foreign Workers for various issues. This may include transportation to and from medical appointments, airport bus drop offs, banking and shopping trips. Provide translation support for workers. Work with the Human Resources Department to update TFW records. Working with the Human Resources Department to facilitate improvements to the program.
