WHAT YOU WILL DO * Make outbound calls and follow up with existing and prospective customers to drive sales and promote special product offers * Identify, qualify, and develop leads using CRM tools, research, and targeted outreach * Build and maintain relationships with customers in an assigned territory, fostering loyalty and repeat business * Promote special offers and product campaigns — including time-sensitive promotions, marketing-driven campaigns, and expiring inventory opportunities * Maintain CRM records (Salesforce) to track activities, progress, and opportunities in the sales pipeline * Participate in special projects and events, including conventions, national sales meetings, branch events, and product training sessions WHAT YOU BRING * Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience * Previous customer service or outbound/inside sales experience (sales experience is preferred) * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building * Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and courteous phone manner * Excellent organizational and time management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities * Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Power BI an asset) * CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred * Bilingual (English/French) is an asset * A positive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills * Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, conventions, or local events WHAT DOES INCLUSION MEAN AT HENRY SCHEIN INCLUSION at Henry Schein means valuing you for who you are.
