We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and turning ideas into measurable business results. What You'll Do * Lead continuous improvement projects from initiation to implementation, including defining objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables. * Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Develop and implement sustainable process improvements that increase operational effectiveness and reduce waste. * Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive measurable business results. * Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data and performance metrics to support decision-making and measure project outcomes. * Utilize statistical and analytical tools to evaluate process performance and identify trends. * Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, time studies, and root cause investigations. * Facilitate cross-functional workshops and improvement events to engage stakeholders and generate solutions. * Support change management activities by developing training materials, communication plans, and performance measurements. * Prepare and present project updates, findings, recommendations, and results to leadership and key stakeholders. * Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and financial models to support improvement initiatives. * Monitor implemented solutions to ensure sustainability and continuous performance improvement. What You Bring Education Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience * 5–10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, Operational Excellence, or a similar role. * Proven success leading process optimization and business improvement initiatives. * Experience conducting workflow analysis, process mapping, time studies, and performance measurement. * Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, or service operations is an asset. Bonus Qualifications * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. * Experience with Operational Excellence programs and Change Management. * Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or Business Intelligence platforms.
