Key Responsibilities Chairside Assisting: Assist the dentist in a wide range of general and comprehensive dental procedures. Patient Care & Comfort: Prepare patients for treatments, explain procedures, and ensure a comfortable, welcoming experience. Clinical Operations: Set up, break down, clean, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments according to infection control guidelines. Radiography: Take high-quality digital dental X-rays as required. Administrative Support: Assist with accurate patient record keeping, chart notes, and treatment plan communication as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with hygienists, administrative staff, and management to maintain smooth daily office flow. Qualifications & Requirements Certification: Active Registration & License with the College of Registered Dental Assistants of Alberta (CRDAA) / ADA&C. Experience: Experience as an RDA is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply! Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification. Skills: Excellent communication, patient relation skills, and attention to detail. Mindset: Reliable, positive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a healthy workplace environment.

Requirements
