Rental Sales Agent

We are looking for a part time Customer Service Rental Sales Agent with a passion to drive customer satisfaction through providing outstanding service. Perform and maintain sales standards using established Company sales techniques with all clients. 2. Greet customers. Complete and process necessary reservation information. Write rental contracts, while obtaining and processing credit cards accordingly and attaining customer signatures on rental contracts. 3. Receive and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, direct complaints to supervisor as necessary. 4. Receive telephone calls, negotiate rental rates and book, confirm and/or cancel reservations for customers; direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take incoming messages. 5. Maintain and update rental agreement files. 6. Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.
