Join Our Growing Team We are looking for a 309A Licensed Electrician who enjoys variety and wants more than a traditional "on-the-tools" role. This is a hybrid position that combines office responsibilities with hands-on electrical work in the field. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, comfortable with technology, and enjoys supporting operations while still staying connected to job sites. You'll play a key role in a growing business, working closely with both our field teams and management. This is a hands-on hybrid position that combines time in the office with time on the tools, making flexibility and adaptability essential to success. The day-to-day focus will vary based on the needs of the company. What You'll Do Conduct site visits to review project progress, assess upcoming work, and address issues or coordination needs. Provide hands-on support to crews on larger or more complex job sites as needed. Independently manage smaller residential and commercial service calls and projects from start to completion. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement safe, effective solutions. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code. Assist with ordering and managing materials to ensure crews have what they need when they need it. Help prepare crews for the workday by coordinating schedules, materials, tools, and project information. Maintain organized garage and truck inventory, including tools, materials, and equipment. Research and provide guidance on technical, product, and electrical code-related questions. Coordinate with Hydro and ESA regarding inspections, service requirements, disconnects, and other project needs. Schedule and attend site visits to assess scope, gather information, and support project planning. Review completed work and prepare and issue accurate customer invoices. Take on a team lead role on a company truck as needed, overseeing day-to-day field work while continuing to support the broader team and operations. Qualifications Required: 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician License (Ontario) Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code Experience in residential and commercial electrical work Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and basic office software Assets (Nice to Have): Experience with ESA permitting processes Experience coordinating with Hydro utilities Estimating or project coordination experience Experience with Quickbooks and Jobber What We Offer At our company, we believe great employees are the foundation of our success.
