We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a product-focused engineering team working on enterprise software applications. This role combines strong front-end development, particularly with React, with the ability to contribute across the broader application stack. The successful candidate will work on initiatives that improve product usability, navigation, information architecture, workflows, and overall product quality. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving both technical and product-focused challenges. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications. Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React. Develop and integrate APIs and backend services. Contribute to both front-end and backend application architecture. Work on product enhancements focused on usability, navigation, workflows, and overall product quality. Improve information architecture, menus, and user experiences across the application. Translate product and UX requirements into scalable technical solutions. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, UX professionals, and engineering teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack. Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, performance, and maintainability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and Agile development practices. Contribute to improving development processes, application quality, and engineering standards. Required Qualifications Strong professional experience in full-stack software development. Strong hands-on experience with React. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript. Experience developing and integrating APIs and backend services. Solid understanding of modern web application architecture. Experience working across both front-end and backend technologies. Experience building, debugging, and maintaining production applications. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, UX, and engineering teams. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Professional experience with Ruby on Rails. Experience working with enterprise-scale applications. Experience with databases and backend data models. Experience with automated testing across the application stack. Familiarity with CI/CD and modern software development practices. Experience with design systems or reusable front-end component libraries. Familiarity with accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive web development. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
