The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. • Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. • Ensure adherence to legal requirements and corporate policies in all business operations. • Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions and partnerships. • Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Active membership in a state bar association in good standing. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law or related legal practice. • Strong expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation. • Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
