Role: Executive Assistant (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $20 - $34/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Personal Assistant to work on a contract basis. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks remotely. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritizing messages as needed. • Perform research tasks such as gathering information for reports or finding suitable vendors for services. • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and other materials for executive review. • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person meetings, including setting up video calls and preparing meeting materials. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. • Experience with calendar management tools such as Google Calendar or Outlook is necessary. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
