Role: Litigation Attorney (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $140 - $400/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney (BigLaw Firms) to work on a contract basis. The role involves handling high-stakes commercial litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions. Candidates must have prior experience in complex civil litigation within a BigLaw firm environment. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery responses in state and federal courts. • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisories. • Participate in depositions, arbitrations, and mediations as required by case deadlines. • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and case management plans. • Manage document production, e-discovery, and compliance with court-imposed deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with a clean disciplinary record. • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in a BigLaw firm or equivalent setting. • Strong proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Bloomberg Law. • Experience with e-discovery platforms including Relativity, Everlaw, or similar tools. • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with precise attention to detail.
