Role: Software Developer (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: $50 - $120/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Software Developer to work on a Contractor basis. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize software components critical to training and evaluating next-generation AI systems. Your contributions will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform across domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering. No prior AI experience is required—your software development expertise and domain knowledge are what matter most. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software components for AI model training and evaluation workflows. • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement high-quality, maintainable code aligned with project objectives. • Analyze technical requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable technical solutions. • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide actionable feedback to uphold best practices and code quality. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues across all phases of the development lifecycle. • Document code, processes, and methodologies to ensure transparency and facilitate team collaboration. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or Go. • Experience developing and optimizing scalable software systems with a focus on performance and reliability. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical requirements and propose effective solutions. • Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and documentation. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication with cross-functional teams.
