Process and reconcile biweekly payroll, including employee records, statutory remittances, payroll documentation, and responses to payroll inquiries. Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice verification and entry, payment processing, vendor issue resolution, statement reconciliation, recordkeeping, and year-end audit support.

Oversee maintenance operations across multiple hotel properties, including preventative maintenance, building systems troubleshooting, inspections, compliance, and emergency response. Coordinate renovation and capital projects, manage vendors and contractors, and mentor on-site maintenance teams to promote consistent standards and safe, efficient operations.
