Prepare detailed project cost estimates based on concepts and drawings, accounting for materials, methods, and finishes. Collaborate with sales, design, detailing, and production teams; research materials and techniques; prioritize estimates; review actual project costs; and identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Establish and oversee supplier quality standards, inspections, receiving controls, inventory management, and freight coordination to ensure outsourced materials and work are complete, compliant, and delivered on schedule. Monitor supplier performance and corrective actions, coordinate with Production and installation partners, and manage quality and logistics risks through to project readiness.
