Job summary
Home-Based Recovery (HBR) is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, compassionate Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) to join our clinical team. HBR provides structured, evidence-informed addiction and mental health treatment virtually, allowing clients to engage in meaningful recovery while remaining connected to their home, family, community, and everyday life. The Role: As an HBR therapist, you’ll work closely with clients participating in our intensive virtual Home-Based Recovery programs, providing individual counselling and supporting clients as they build sustainable, abstinence-based recovery in their real-world environment. We’re looking for someone who: Holds a current Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation Has experience working with substance use, addiction, mental health, and recovery Is comfortable supporting an abstinence-based approach to recovery Brings strong clinical assessment, counselling, and treatment-planning skills Understands the importance of family, relationships, work, and environment in long-term recovery Is comfortable delivering high-quality care in a virtual treatment environment Values collaboration and working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team Brings warmth, professionalism, accountability, and sound clinical judgment to their work Why HBR?
