Your search is over – an RPN with Home Care Assistance is the job for you! We are seeking 3 RPN's for a LTC in Barrie. The shifts vary Morning, afternoon, evening and overnights. This assignment requires 2 years experience working in an LTC and understanding of medical technology and equipment. Job Benefits: Competitive pay at $35/hr 4% vacation pay on every pay Access to EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Group benefits plan available after first 3 months of employment* Employee discounts for attractions, events, and other services The successful candidate’s areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to, the following: Conduct assessments and reassessment Utilize medical technology and equipment such as: g-tube, ventilator, and trach Provide medication support and administration Complete reports and document and care notes regularly Communicate with family and supervisors about any changes in client care Meet the Standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario at all times All other duties, as assigned Key qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to: Current CNO (College of Nurses of Ontario) registration and in good standing Valid First Aid/CPR certificate Completion of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months Experience with pediatric g-tube, ventilator, and trach is an asset Must have a current license and reliable vehicle Please submit the appropriate documents for review. Requirements

Candidates must hold a current CNO registration in good standing and possess a valid First Aid/CPR certificate. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Long Term Care setting is required, along with a clean Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
