Service Coordinator - Full-Time As a full-time Service Coordinator, you'll play an important role in coordinating care schedules, supporting our Care Professionals, and creating great matches between caregivers and clients. We're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Coordinate care schedules with a focus on consistency for clients and Care Professionals. Proactively manage scheduling changes, cancellations, and coverage needs. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and Care Professionals. Monitor attendance and maintain accurate schedules and client records. Support caregiver introductions and ensure clear, timely communication. Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule. After-Hours On-Call Responsibilities As part of our rotating on-call team, you'll help ensure clients and Care Professionals receive reliable support outside regular office hours. Responsibilities include: Responding to calls and resolving scheduling concerns. Arranging coverage for last-minute absences and schedule changes. Monitoring missed clock-ins and clock-outs and following up as needed. Keeping clients and Care Professionals informed of changes. On-call rotation includes approximately 1-2 evenings per week and every 3rd-5th weekend. What We're Looking For Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and attention to detail. Experience in scheduling, administration, or customer service preferred. Healthcare or caregiving experience considered an asset. Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle considered assets. Why Home Instead?
