Location: Derby Salary: £46,250 + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year Hours: You will average 40 hours per week (annualised hours - shorter hours in summer, longer in winter, with consistent pay). Includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays. What You’ll Be Doing As a Gas Repair Engineer, you’ll be working in customers’ homes diagnosing and repairing gas appliances and heating systems. Your Day-to-day Will Include Diagnosing faults on boilers and central heating systems Carrying out repairs to restore heating and hot water Carrying out boiler services Completing safety checks and ensuring compliance with regulations Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work.
