As an Organizational Wellness Specialist with the Workplace Interventions team, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you’ll be doing: * Conduct consultations with Customers and complete requests for the delivery of specialized services such as mediation, coaching, gender diversity support, workplace assessments and/or the customization of learning materials * Manage a large portfolio of Customers and assist in the selection, suitability and parameters of Workplace Intervention services * Conduct needs assessments for customer challenges or non-standard requests for support and advise on recommended solutions or options * Project manage all aspects of service delivery from contract negotiation through to case closure * Follow up on Customer requests that have yet to be converted to active cases * Recruit for Service Provider Network as required * Coach and advise Service Providers in relation to standard and non-standard service offerings * Monitor and track customer satisfaction results for all services * Review, modify and correct month-end service provider billing submissions; enter monthly billing information into case management platform where needed * Research and update content for presentations/training sessions and ensure that topics are current and relevant for Customers * Where applicable/feasible, deliver educational workshops or departmental information sessions * Facilitate the development of systems, products and processes that support excellent quality of service * Make recommendations for new Organizational Wellness presentations or services * Participate in team meetings and share meeting coordination and record keeping duties * Integrate sustainable practices into business operations What we’re looking for: * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Development, Human Resources or Health and Wellness * 3-5 years’ experience developing content for educational sessions and workshops * Excellent command of the English and French language is required, both verbal and written * 2-5 years providing solution-focused consultation to decision makers in Customer organizations: sales and/or account management experience would be highly relevant * Knowledge in the following areas preferred: Psychology or Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Mediation, Wellness; Organizational Development; HR; Sales and/or Account Health and Management * Proven project management skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and video conferencing platforms * Excellent and demonstrable customer management skills * Creativity, resourcefulness and ability to take initiative * Strong ability to work within a team * Ability to provide seamless customer service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders * Strong organizational and time management skills Why work with us Homewood Health is Canada’s largest and leading service provider for medically focused, evidence-based treatment of mental health and addiction disorders.
