As an Assembler -Level 1 here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards. You will work as part of a team to efficiently produce high-quality products that meet customer requirements. This is an opportunity to contribute to the success of a global company and make a difference in the lives of people around the world. You will report directly to our Sr ISC Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our manufacturing facility in Cambridge, ON on the day shift 7:00 am to 3:15 pm (Monday- Friday) OR 8:15 am to 4:30 pm (Monday-Friday). In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the timely and accurate assembly of products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards * Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications * Operate machinery and equipment as required * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow all safety guidelines and protocols QUALIFICATIONS The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance and CSP Clearance. YOU MUST HAVE * High school diploma or GED WE VALUE * 2 years previous experience in assembly or manufacturing * Experience with electronic assembly * Ability to read blueprints * Experience with soldering while working under a microscope * Knowledge of quality control processes * Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems * Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Basic computer skills The annual base salary range for this position is $39,000 - $52,000 in Cambridge, Ontario.
