Job summary

As a Program Controls Specialist I here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in supporting the program controls function for projects and programs. You will be responsible for assisting with project planning and scheduling, monitoring project costs and budgets, identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, and analyzing project performance metrics. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will contribute to the successful execution of projects and programs. You will report directly to our Sr. Program Controls Manager and you'll work out of our Mississauga, ON or Cambridge, ON location. In this role, you will impact the organization's financial health, operational efficiency, risk management, and overall success in delivering projects and programs.

What you’ll do

The Program Controls Specialist I supports project planning, scheduling, and budget monitoring to ensure operational efficiency. They are responsible for identifying project risks and analyzing performance metrics to contribute to the overall success of aerospace programs.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a post-secondary education and be eligible for CGP or CSP security clearance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial data analysis or Earned Value Metrics is highly valued.
