Test Engineer I

This is an opportunity to be part of a team that applies its experience, expertise, and knowledge in meeting the complex demands of Environmental Development and Qualification testing for commercial and military aerospace programs. The work is very hands-on, the culture is fast paced, challenging, and supportive; you will be responsible for maintaining the high professional standards and exceptional reputation of the Toronto Engineering Labs.

You will support the development and execution of test strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and procedures. Additionally, you will analyze test results to provide recommendations for product improvements and ensure overall quality and reliability.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. Advanced engineering degrees in fields like electrical or mechanical engineering are considered a plus.
