Job summary
Responsibilities Ensure that the fleet complies with all continuing airworthiness requirements as per national and international regulations (OTAR, FAA, San Marino etc.). Oversee the technical performance of the company fleet, including monitoring aircraft reliability and performance trends. Coordinate the preparation and submission of required continuing airworthiness documentation and reports to the relevant authorities. Manage audits and inspections by regulatory authorities, ensuring all findings are addressed promptly. Lead and manage engineering projects related to fleet upgrades, modifications, and other technical improvements. Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Hold a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (HKCAR-66 or equivalent EASA/FAA certification). Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and continuing airworthiness management. At least 5 years’ relevant experience in aircraft maintenance or production planning. Experience in corporate jet engineering is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua) and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance. Ability to work under pressure with good decision-making. Willing to travel frequently
