The Millwright is responsible for troubleshooting machine breakdowns and implementing root cause repairs. They will also perform preventative maintenance and machinery modifications while ensuring safety standards are met. Candidates must hold a Journeyman Millwright Certificate, with a Red Seal preference. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are required to work effectively with supervisors and technical staff.
