Key Duties: * Complete jobs using a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively * Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order and complete minor maintenance as required * Load, unload and transport construction materials * Manual labour including but not limited to shoveling, hand digging, raking * Proficient fine/finish grading * Measure distances from reference points to locate the boundaries of site * Understand the issues involving ground disturbance and able to work in and implement safe work practices and contribute to a safe work environment * Participate in safety meetings and form completion on a regular basis * Clean and pile salvaged materials * Bulk and detailed excavations, light civil installations * Able to read and understand blueprints and detail sections to determine and set grades Requirements * 5000+ hours of skid steer and excavator operation * Clean Driver’s Abstract * Must meet a minimum of 2 out of 3 of the following criteria: * * Civil Construction Experience (2500+ Hours) * Experience Running Large Equipment (2500+ Hours) * Fluent with all Small Equipment (2500+ Hours) * Trades education an asset * Skid Steer Loader Operator Certification an asset * Excavator Certification an asset * First Aid Certification an asset * Heavy Trailer Endorsement (Learners) Compensation Package: * Hourly wage of $30-40/hour based on experience * * Overtime available * 4% Vacation Pay, paid out on every cheque * Extended Health Benefits (copay) * RRSP Matching * Profit Sharing Program Step into a fulfilling role where your work shapes the world around us. Requirements

Candidates must possess over 5000 hours of skid steer and excavator operation experience along with a clean Driver’s Abstract. Applicants must also meet a minimum of two out of three criteria related to civil construction experience, large equipment operation experience, or fluency with all small equipment, each requiring 2500+ hours.
