Core Duties * *Maintenance & Installs:* Perform preventative care, complex system troubleshooting, and full equipment installations according to TSSA standards. * *Fault Finding:* Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer manuals to isolate mechanical and electrical failures. * *Documentation:* File accurate digital field reports and maintain professional relationships with building clients. Working Conditions * *Location:* Commercial roofs, high-voltage mechanical spaces, and tight quarters across the GTA. * *Physical Demands:* Working outdoors in all Ontario weather conditions, climbing ladders, and heavy lifting compliant with OHSA rules.
