Presently, the agency serves over 42,000 women, men, youth and children annually. Program areas include addiction services, community services, family services and residential services.

Administrative Assistant

The administrative assistant provides front-line reception and comprehensive clerical support to the Addiction Services programs. Responsibilities include managing data entry, maintaining program registration and waitlists, and coordinating with pharmacies and doctors.

Connection Coordinator

The Connection Coordinator will provide supportive care to individuals facing homelessness, mental health, and addiction concerns by developing individual support plans and facilitating access to community resources. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide harm reduction education, medication support, and crisis intervention while maintaining accurate documentation.
