RESPONSIBILITIES This position is primarily responsible of machining all gates from the casting. When casting is received from pre-inspection, visual check if all sell material has been removed, validates router. * Uses conventional milling machine to machine all gates from the casting as per requirements. * Uses required fixturing for the specific castings and inspects fixtures for damage and compliance. * Performs other duties as required. * Respects the values and code of ethics of the company. * Respects the Environment, Health & Safety programs of the company. QUALIFICATIONS * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. * Ability to use measuring instruments. * Ability to use a conventional milling machine * Ability to handle hoists * Visual dexterity * Manual dexterity * Physical standing all day * Uses sound judgment High School Diploma or equivalent machining training
