We are recruiting for *Harvesting Labourers* and can provide flexibility for the right candidates to meet your needs! *Responsibilities* * Perform tasks such as hand harvesting, picking, sorting, packaging mushrooms * Loading/unloading farm produce and supplies for transport * Cleaning and preparing mushroom beds and working areas * Sanitizing picking tools and working areas *Required Education, Skills and Qualifications* * Work and Physical Capabilities: * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work long hours with repetitive tasks * Ability to handle heavy workloads, in which can be physically demanding * Ability to distinguish between colors, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity * Ability to bend, crouch, stand and kneel for long extended periods * Ability to work at a high level height * Ability to work in various environments: cold refrigerated, dusty, strong odours *Incentives* * Extended Health Benefits (depending on work schedule and eligibility) * Annual performance reviews * Team building * Training * Opportunities for recognition & growth *Salary: *$18.25 to $19.00 per hour, 40-60 hours per week. *Work Location:* 28319 58 AVE Abbotsford, BC V4X 2E8 *Must be eligible to work in Canada.* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Paid time off * Vision care Experience: * Harvesting: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
