Een opdrachtgever van ons is op zoek naar een portier voor een langdurig project in Eindhoven. Het project gaat minimaal 1.5 jaar duren en gaat binnenkort van start. Onze opdrachtgever wil dat deze vacature ingevuld wordt door iemand die bij ons (Accres- HR Groep) in loondienst is. Je mag dus als zzp’er wel reageren, maar dan dien je wel open te staan voor een loondienstverband. Taken Een portier is het 1e aanspreekpunt op de bouw voor medewerkers en bezoekers en daarbij voert hij de volgende werkzaamheden uit: Zorgen dat er een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving is Inschrijvingen controleren, identiteiten en naleven van veiligheidsinstructies Reguleren van de verkeersstroom Beheren van poorten en/of slagbomen Toegangspassen verstrekken en administratie bijwerken Eventueel helpen bij wat bouwactiviteiten Contact onderhouden met uitvoerder over bijzonderheden Vereisten Lijkt dit jou een ontzettende leuke baan en ben jij: * In het bezit van een VCA Certificaat? * Bekend met veiligheidsregels en -protocollen in de bouw? * Communicatief vaardig in het Nederland en Engels? *Fysiek in staat langere tijd te staan en toezicht te houden?

Requirements

Applicants must hold a VCA certificate, know construction safety rules and protocols, and communicate effectively in Dutch and English. They must also be physically able to stand for extended periods and monitor the site.
