For more information on the work we do, visit www.tecoustics.com Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineering Administrator to serve as the backbone of our Engineering department, to take the recurring, process-based work off the engineers and project staff so they can focus on the technical nature of their work. The successful candidate will keep project information accurate, organized, and moving, entering data into our company’s systems to help produce submittals and project outputs. The incumbent will be responsible for following up with customers by phone and email, and keeping tabs on project requirements, timelines, and process steps to ensure nothing gets overlooked. This candidate owns the volume of work, project start-ups, files and folders, data upkeep, sending and receiving information with near-perfect accuracy. What do we offer?
