Job summary
Night Cleaning Team Lead Full-Time Position Overview The Night Cleaning Lead supports the Night Cleaning Supervisor by coordinating nightly workflow, guiding teammates, and ensuring all areas of the facility are cleaned to Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain’s established standards. This is a hands‑on working role that helps bridge communication between the Supervisor and the Night Cleaning Team, assists with training new staff, and performs quality checks throughout the shift. The Night Cleaning Lead contributes to a consistently high standard of cleanliness across all guest‑facing spaces, activity buildings, outdoor areas, and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring the spa is fully prepared for the next day’s opening. Requirements: Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, spa or hotel operations. Experience acting as a team lead or senior cleaner is preferred. Strong communication skills and a positive, supportive attitude. Familiarity with sanitation standards, chemical safety, and cleaning equipment. Strong knowledge of cleaning processes, sanitation techniques, and cleaning equipment use. Leadership abilities, including guiding a team and supporting training. High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality. Physically capable of walking, bending, lifting (30–50 lbs), stretching, and standing for extended periods. Requirements
Requires previous experience in commercial cleaning or hospitality, preferably in a lead role, and the ability to work overnight shifts. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
