Staff Housing Caretaker Part-Time16 -24 hours per week We are seeking a Staff Accommodation Caretaker to join Scandinave Spa Whistler and oversee the day-to-day operations of our staff housing. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while working closely with team members, HR, Maintenance, and contractors. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will make an impact by: Creating a welcoming, comfortable, and inclusive environment for staff accommodation occupants. Managing day-to-day staff accommodation operations, including move-ins and move-outs. Conducting monthly unit inspections and coordinating maintenance, repairs, contractors, and deep cleans. Supporting HR with accommodation administration, documentation, incident reporting, and payroll information. Responding to accommodation concerns and emergencies while providing appropriate guidance, support, and resources. Working collaboratively with HR, Maintenance, contractors, and occupants to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
