Define project scope, goals, and success metrics, including KPIs and SLAs aligned with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of complex programs. Coordinate with engineering, product management, and business teams to identify requirements, manage dependencies, and resolve project issues. Implement and improve processes to support scalable, sustainable development and release cycles. Track and report program progress to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones and risks. Drive continuous innovation by collaborating with teams to identify technical solutions that improve customer experience. Manage program risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
