The health service has a workforce of over 105,000 people who deliver care across the country, 365 days a year. As a provider of care, sometimes you need to be reminded of the importance of caring for yourself. The Workplace Health & Wellbeing Unit was established by the HSE in 2016 and is part of the Human Resources Directorate. The aim of the Workplace Health and Wellbeing Unit is simple, to ensure that our staff can continue to be physically and emotionally well throughout their working life.
