Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Law Clerk based in North York, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Law Clerk will support personal injury cases by preparing legal documents, conducting thorough research, and maintaining accurate case files. Responsibilities include client communication, drafting correspondence, file management, and assisting legal counsel in trial preparation when needed. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day case management and maintaining professional standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Law and Legal Document PreparationProficient Research and Writing skillsExcellent Communication skills, including client interaction and correspondenceProficiency in legal software and case management systems is an assetDetail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environmentDiploma in a recognized Law Clerk or Paralegal program, or relevant education
