Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Law Clerk based in North York, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Law Clerk will be responsible for drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and supporting attorneys in case preparation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client communication, managing case files, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge of law and experience in legal document preparation Proficiency in conducting detailed legal research and preparing reports Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail in writing and document organization Relevant experience in a legal or personal injury law setting is an asset Post-secondary education in Law Clerk studies or a related field Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office and remote work
