Senior Claims Adjuster – Level 3 | Auto, Property & Liability Salary: $72,000 – $108,000 | Experience: 5–10 years HTM is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster – Level 3 to manage complex multi-line claims and deliver exceptional service to our policyholders. This role is perfect for a seasoned adjuster who enjoys problem-solving, guiding claims from investigation to settlement, and collaborating with a high-performing team. What You’ll Do Investigate and manage auto, liability, and property claims, including large or complex cases Assess coverage, set and adjust reserves, and document all activities Negotiate settlements and process payments efficiently Identify subrogation opportunities and coordinate with experts and service providers Support litigation, mediations, and settlement strategies when needed Provide clear communication to policyholders, brokers, and stakeholders throughout the claims process What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of multi-line claims adjusting experience College diploma or university degree; CIP/FCIP is an asset Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex workloads Hybrid Work Model First 3 months in-office for onboarding and training After probation: Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home What We Offer Competitive salary: $72,000 – $108,000 annually Generous benefits and matched pension contributions Professional development and support for industry education Collaborative, supportive, and hybrid work environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote after probation) If you’re a senior claims professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering fair, accurate, and timely resolutions, we want to hear from you.
